Who we are

NyayaDraft is built and operated by Shreeja Labs, a registered business based in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. We started NyayaDraft in 2026 with a simple goal: make it possible for any Indian consumer to draft a legally sound complaint without needing to hire a lawyer for routine cases.

Why we built this

Filing a consumer complaint in India often means navigating legal language, figuring out which Consumer Commission has jurisdiction, and getting the paperwork right for e-Daakhil — all without knowing where to start. NyayaDraft’s concept was tested with real consumers on r/LegalAdviceIndia before we built the first version, and we’ve continued refining it based on real cases filed by real users.

How our drafts are prepared

Every document NyayaDraft generates is built on the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Consumer Protection (Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions) Rules, 2020. Our system:

  • Identifies the exact legal sections relevant to your grievance
  • Auto-detects your correct Consumer Commission (District, State, or National) based on your claim amount and location
  • Checks whether your claim falls within the legal limitation period before drafting anything
  • Flags cases that may benefit from a practicing advocate’s review — particularly high-value claims or legally complex disputes

What NyayaDraft is — and isn't

NyayaDraft is a legal drafting tool, not a law firm, and we don’t provide legal advice. We help you prepare a court-ready document; you (or your advocate) remain responsible for reviewing it before filing.

For complex matters, we recommend consulting a practicing advocate. Our platform is built to work alongside advocates too, through our Vakil Pro plan for legal professionals filing cases on behalf of clients.

Our connection to the legal community

We work closely with advocates in the Kolhapur Bar Association network, using their feedback to keep our drafting templates accurate and aligned with how consumer cases are actually argued and filed.

Your data

We collect only the information needed to draft your complaint, in accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We never sell or share your personal information with third parties.
