Terms of Use

By accessing or using nyayadraft.in (“the Service”), you (“User”, “you”) agree to be bound by these Terms of Use (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and NyayaDraft, governed by the laws of India.

NyayaDraft is an AI-powered tool that helps Indian consumers draft:

• Legal Notices (Warning Shot plan, ₹199) — formal demand letters under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019
• Consumer Court Complaints (Full Petition plan, ₹499) — e-Daakhil compliant complaint packages for filing before District Consumer Disputes Redressal Commissions

• You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service.
• You must be an individual consumer (not a business entity) seeking redressal under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
• The Service is intended for use within India only.

By using the Service, you represent and warrant that:

• All information you provide is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge.
• You are the actual aggrieved consumer or are authorised to act on behalf of the complainant.
• You will not use the Service to file false, frivolous, or vexatious complaints.
• You will not attempt to misuse the Service to harass, defame, or coerce any individual or business.
• You will not upload evidence files that you do not own or have the right to share.
• You will not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or circumvent any security measure of the Service.

Filing a false consumer complaint is a criminal offence under Section 46(2) of the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and may attract penalties. NyayaDraft shall bear no responsibility for complaints filed with false or misleading information.

• Pricing: Legal Notice — ₹199 (inclusive of all taxes). Full Consumer Complaint Package — ₹499 (inclusive of all taxes).
• Payment processor: All payments are processed by Razorpay (Razorpay Software Private Ltd, Bengaluru). We accept UPI, credit/debit cards, and net banking. NyayaDraft never stores your payment details.
• When you are charged: Payment is collected only after you click “Unlock & Download.” Your draft is generated for free before payment.
• Confirmation: Upon successful payment, your draft is unlocked and a downloadable PDF is generated instantly.

Refunds will be issued in the following circumstances only:

• The PDF could not be generated due to a technical error on our side and the issue is not resolved within 48 hours of your complaint.
• You were charged but your payment status was not updated (double-charge or failed webhook).
• Razorpay confirms a payment failure but you were still debited.

Refunds will NOT be issued because:

• You are unhappy with the AI-generated content (the case summary and score are visible before payment).
• You provided incorrect information and wish to re-draft (you may contact us for a discretionary one-time re-draft).
• You changed your mind after download.

To request a refund, email support@nyayadraft.in within 7 days of payment with your Razorpay payment ID. Approved refunds are processed within 5–7 business days.

The Service: All software, design, AI prompts, and infrastructure of NyayaDraft are the exclusive property of NyayaDraft and are protected by Indian copyright law.

Your documents: The PDF complaint/notice generated for you is yours. You own the output and may use it for personal legal purposes. You may not resell or distribute NyayaDraft-generated documents commercially.

Your content: You retain ownership of all information, stories, and files you upload. By submitting them, you grant NyayaDraft a limited, non-exclusive licence to process and store them solely for the purpose of generating your document.

The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to:

• Fitness for any particular legal purpose
• Accuracy, completeness, or current validity of legal references
• Guaranteed acceptance of the draft by any Consumer Commission
• Uninterrupted or error-free operation

Legal requirements change. You should verify all statutory references, jurisdiction thresholds, and limitation periods independently or with a qualified advocate before filing.

To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, NyayaDraft’s total liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to NyayaDraft in the 3 months preceding the claim.

NyayaDraft shall not be liable for:

• The outcome of any consumer complaint filed using our draft
• Reliance on AI-generated legal analysis without independent verification
• Loss of data due to browser clearance or localStorage expiry
• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NyayaDraft and its operators from any claim, loss, or liability arising from:

• Your breach of these Terms
• False or inaccurate information you provided
• Your misuse of the Service or any generated documents
• Violation of any third-party rights

The Service integrates with Razorpay (payments), OpenAI (AI), and Supabase (database). Your use of these third-party services is governed by their respective terms of service and privacy policies. NyayaDraft is not responsible for third-party outages or data breaches beyond our control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.

For consumer disputes specifically related to this Service, you may also approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 — and NyayaDraft will cooperate fully with any such proceedings.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted on this page. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

For material changes, we will update the “Last updated” date prominently at the top of this page.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Service at our discretion if we believe you have violated these Terms. Termination does not waive any rights or remedies available to us.
